🥋 7th Kup – High Yellow Belt Syllabus Overview
At 7th Kup, students continue to build fundamental skills with a focus on stance punches, stretching, and basic kicks performed on both legs. Special kick combinations are introduced to improve coordination and speed.
The compulsory form, Taegeuk Yi Jang, emphasizes balance, technique, and fluid movement. Self-defence covers practical responses to common grabs and holds. Physical conditioning includes 15 push-ups to develop strength and endurance.
