🥋 1st Kup - High Red Belt Syllabus Overview
The High Red Belt syllabus prepares students for Black Belt readiness — focusing on power, precision, and confidence in both technique and mindset. Training sharpens punch combinations, controlled stretch and conditioning kicks, and advanced kicking sequences that demand balance and coordination.
You’ll refine your Taegeuk Pal Jang form, strengthen one-step sparring reactions, and build self-defence awareness through practical drills. Physical endurance is tested through push-ups and kihap discipline, marking your final step before entering the Black Belt journey.
