🥋 2nd Dan – Black Belt Syllabus Overview
The 2nd Dan Black Belt syllabus focuses on refining advanced techniques, deepening precision, and developing teaching-level understanding. You’ll enhance power, balance, and control through sitting stance punches, stretching drills, and advanced kicking combinations like reverse turning and scissor kicks.
The Keumgang form (Form 10) embodies strength and stability, while one-step sparring hones tactical awareness and fluid counterattacks. Core self-defence drills and conditioning work — including 40 push-ups — strengthen endurance, focus, and resilience, marking the maturity expected of a senior Black Belt.
