🥋 2nd Kup - Red Belt Syllabus Overview
The Red Belt syllabus strengthens control, power, and composure — preparing students for the advanced stage of Taekwondo. You’ll refine sitting stance punches and enhance flexibility and precision through stretching and conditioning kicks.
Training focuses on mastering core and special kick combinations, building flow and balance in motion. You’ll also perfect Taegeuk Chil Jang, improve one-step sparring reactions, and apply self-defence techniques with confidence. Physical endurance and discipline are reinforced through push-up drills and kihap control, marking steady progress toward the final Kup rank.
