🥋 3rd Dan – Black Belt Syllabus Overview
The 3rd Dan Black Belt syllabus focuses on mastery, precision, and leadership through advanced technique and mental discipline. You’ll refine sitting stance punches and stretching kicks for sharper control and flexibility, and perform powerful kicking sequences including reverse turning and scissor kicks.
The Taebaek form (Form 11) emphasizes clarity, balance, and inner strength, while one-step sparring develops advanced timing and tactical response. Training is rounded out with self-defence sets and 40 push-ups, reinforcing endurance, focus, and the calm authority expected at this level.
