🥋 3rd Kup - High Blue Belt Syllabus Overview
At this stage, students refine precision, rhythm, and controlled power. The High Blue Belt syllabus develops stronger coordination between hands and legs through sitting stance drills and stretching kicks that enhance flexibility and balance.
Training includes advancing your basic and special kick combinations, sharpening both speed and accuracy. You’ll also learn Taegeuk Yuk Jang, focusing on stability, breath control, and flow between movements.
One-step sparring and self-defence exercises emphasize practical application and timing, while push-up conditioning builds core strength and endurance — essential for your transition toward the red belt ranks.
