🥋 4th Kup – Blue Belt Syllabus Overview
The Blue Belt syllabus focuses on enhancing control, flexibility, and kick precision. Students practice sitting stance punches and stretching/conditioning kicks to build strength and balance.
Training emphasizes basic and special kick combinations, along with Taegeuk Oh Jang form, to improve flow, timing, and power. One-step sparring and self-defence drills develop practical skills and reaction speed, while push-ups reinforce endurance and overall conditioning.
