🥋 5th Kup - High Green Belt Syllabus Overview
The High Green Belt syllabus builds on control, power, and accuracy. Students practice sitting stance punches and stretching/conditioning kicks to strengthen balance and flexibility.
Training develops basic and special kicks, along with Taegeuk Sa Jang form, for fluidity and technique refinement. Three-step sparring and self-defence drills enhance timing and practical application, while push-ups improve strength and endurance.
