🥋 6th Kup - Green Belt Syllabus Overview
At 6th Kup, the focus is on refining fundamentals while introducing more structured sparring and forms. Students practice sitting stance punches with proper Kihap, and perform stretching/conditioning kicks to improve flexibility and control. Basic kicks are executed on both legs, emphasizing accuracy and power, while special kick combinations develop speed and coordination.
The compulsory form, Taegeuk Sam Jang, reinforces technique and balance. Three-step sparring introduces timing, distance, and defensive counterattacks. Self-defence includes practical responses to grabs and holds. Physical conditioning is completed with 20 push-ups to build strength and endurance.
