🥋 High 9th Kup - White Belt Syllabus Overview
The High White Belt syllabus strengthens the foundational skills of Taekwondo, building precision, power, and coordination.
You’ll practise sitting stance punches to improve focus and timing, perform stretching and conditioning kicks to enhance flexibility, and develop stronger basic kicks such as front thrust, side thrust, chop, and turning kicks.
