🥋 High 9th Kup – White Belt Syllabus Overview

The High White Belt syllabus strengthens the foundational skills of Taekwondo, building precision, power, and coordination.
You’ll practise sitting stance punches to improve focus and timing, perform stretching and conditioning kicks to enhance flexibility, and develop stronger basic kicks such as front thrust, side thrust, chop, and turning kicks.
Students will also train in single and double motion techniques to connect defence and attack smoothly, learn essential self-defence against common grabs, and reinforce discipline through fitness drills like push-ups.
