🥋 10th Kup - White Belt Syllabus Overview
The White Belt syllabus introduces students to the fundamental techniques of Taekwondo.
You’ll learn sitting stance punches to develop strength and focus, practise stretching and conditioning kicks to improve flexibility and control, and build confidence through basic kicking techniques such as front, side, chop, and turning kicks.
